Last updated 2026-10-01. Maxwell International, accounts@maxwellinternational.ai. We respect the data protection laws that apply to you, such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
There are no user accounts and no tracking. One cookie remembers the language you choose. AI assistants and developers pay per request with a crypto wallet, so we never receive their name, email or card details.

Every payment is a transaction on a public blockchain (Base or Solana). It is permanent and visible to anyone there, independent of us; our payment log is simply a record of those on-chain transactions matched to what we delivered.
Listings (people and businesses)
If you list yourself or a business, we store what you enter: name, for a person also age, the country you are based in, your address, what you offer and where, prices, contact details, your message and an optional photo. We also store the fingerprint of your key (never the key itself), the language of the form you used, and the IP address used to sign up (spam control).
Your age, the IP address and your key are never published; your street address is published only if you tick "Show my address to AI agents". Nothing is public until we review and approve it. Once approved, the listing is sold as data to AI assistants, agents and apps worldwide, who may keep copies. If one key holds several listings, buyers learn about your other listings only when you tick "Show my other listings" on both.
You can edit or delete everything at any time with your key, or ask us to; deletion removes the listing, photo and contact details from our systems but cannot recall copies already delivered. Photos are stored with their embedded location data removed. Legal basis: your consent, given in the form.
MCP server
The hosted MCP server at https://api.maxwellinternational.ai/mcp keeps no records of its own beyond the request log and payments above. The npm package @maxwellintl/x402-mcp runs on your computer, sends no telemetry, and keeps your wallet key and your spending totals only on your computer.
Who processes data for us
Cloudflare (network and hosting edge), Coinbase Developer Platform (payment verification and settlement), and an AI model provider for maxwell-chat requests. We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time (for listings: press Delete with your key, or write to us). Write to accounts@maxwellinternational.ai. Payment records are kept as described above because they document completed transactions.
You can also complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live.
